2024 Awayday Walk & talk networking event (FREE)

Educational and ELT Freelancers and representatives of publishing organisations are are warmly invited to join us at 5pm for a guided 'walk & talk' by the River Thames. This relaxed and friendly walk is sponsored and led by Rachael Roberts of Earn Learn Thrive and is particularly recommended for those new to the Awayday. This is a free event but tickets are required in order for us to manage numbers. 

Whether you join the walk or not, everyone is invited to join us in the hotel bar from 6pm for a social drink. We'll then move through to the Cathedral Suite for the optional pre-conference dinner at 7pm.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The 'Walk & talk', the Pre-conference dinner and the Awayday are separate events and can be attended on an individual basis if desired. New attendees have given feedback that the smaller pre-conference gatherings are very helpful in getting to know people before the main event.
